Upgrade Policy

 

 

Upgrade within first 3 months of purchase: Free

 

Upgrade within 3 months to 1 year: The upgrade price is 30% of MSRP (at time of upgrade)

 

Upgrade after 1 year but less than 2 years: The upgrade price is 60% of MSRP (at the time of upgrade)

 

Upgrade after 2 years: New product needs to be purchased

 

Note: Any new pack will be treated as a new product and is not part of the upgrade.
